Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee Policy

Registration fees collected for CSE Symposium 2025 events — Paper Presentation (₹200/person), Coding Challenge (₹150/person), and Project Expo (₹300/team) — are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been successfully completed.

2. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Participant voluntarily withdraws from the event after registration.
• Participant fails to attend the event on the scheduled date.
• Participant is disqualified due to rule violations.
• Incorrect event selection or data entry by the participant.
• Personal reasons including health, travel issues, or schedule conflicts.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the rare event that CSE Symposium 2025 is cancelled entirely by the organizers (due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government orders, or force majeure events), a full or partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the organizing committee. Participants will be notified via email.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a participant is charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification. Contact us at csesymposium2025@college.edu with your payment receipt.

6. Chargebacks
