• Event Preferences: To process your registration.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Cashfree — we do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Processing event registrations and payments.
• Sending registration confirmations and event updates.
• Issuing participation certificates.
• Contacting you about event logistics and schedule changes.
• Improving future events (anonymized analytics only).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only with:

• Cashfree Payments: Solely for payment processing. Subject to Cashfree's Privacy Policy.
• Event organizers: Internal use only for event management.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions. Payments are processed via Cashfree's PCI DSS–compliant infrastructure. We do not store any payment card data on our servers.

5. Data Retention

Registration data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the event for certificate issuance and compliance purposes. After this period, personal data will be anonymized or deleted.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).
